Sending Gifts to Cruisers

I have looked over the Celebrity website and can't seem to find how to send a gift to someone on a Celebrity cruise. I am thinking of along the lines of a cruise critic, flowers, etc. On other cruiselines I can usually find a form and a fax number to send it to. Celebrity must has something similiar.
