Regent a tough sell

As far as #2. According to the website you still move to the next tier if you qualify for the next tier on that cruise. It is effective on the first day of the cruise. That happened to us on our last cruise (March 2013) and everything was in place when we walked onboard.

macbest: After rereading your post I have to add...... Yes -- they lied!!! This is one of many reasons that people should use a TA. It is not in Regent's best interest to let customers know which suites, if any, have potential problems.
