What time is correct on an Alaskan cruise?

Recommended Posts

Except for the western Aleutian Islands, Alaska is one hour behind Pacific time and it does have daylight savings time. So if the time is 10:00 AM in New York and 7:00 AM in Los Angeles, it would be 6:00 AM in Alaska. While in Alaska the ship's time will be the same as Alaska's time.

Since there is a time difference between the 48 states and Alaska, what time does the ship go by? I am confused!!

Alaska is one hour behind the west coast . That means that you'll have two time changes on a seven day RT cruise from Seattle , Vancouver or San Francisco. Days will be the evening of the first full sea day and the night before arriving in Victoria (if from Seattle or San Francisco).
