Transfer a FCC from one to TA to another?

I am not currently happy with the TA that I have booked my November Cruise with...

 

It is before final payment can I transfer to another TA? Or once you book using a FCC then you are stuck using that FCC with that particular TA?

You can but I believe it still has to be within the 60 days of purchase.

Since your future cruise credit never goes away, if you are unhappy with your current TA, I'm thinking you would have to cancel the cruise, get the FCC put back in your inventory, and rebook and transfer within 60 days with a TA to your liking.

 

Now a word of caution -- this may result in cancellation fees if your current TA has them, plus if the cruise fare has gone up, you would be stuck with the latest rates.

 

I don't think your TA will transfer your booking to another TA, willy nilly.

I had called Celebrity and was told that I can not cancel a cruise with a FCC or else you would lose it....I can transfer it to another sailing but not just cancel it....
