No matter what your weather is today

You still have to step on the scale and weigh

 

Neither rain, wind, snow or sun can stop our eating plan

Summer is coming soon..want a swimsuit with a tan

 

So eating right is the way to go you know

Exercise is what we should do..fast or slow

 

Everything we can do to make ourselves healthy is good

But want to know why is veggies the good and ice cream the bad food

 

Life's not fair at times for most of us..it's tough

It's just that we're not tall enough

 

We would be skinny you and me

If we were 6 foot three

I am up almost 2 pounds ... my own fault, this is a difficult time of the year as it is very busy at work and I'm putting in way too many hours (with lots of frustration) ... I also managed to eat a lot of ice cream last night!!!

 

We've had rain here, which is wonderful - it has melted a lot of the snow ... hopefully we won't get any more (snow that is!).

Belle ~ it might be freezing rain here!:eek:

 

Jan ~ you did so well last week a little slip shouldn't hurt.

 

Now I don't know what to say about my scale! No matter which reading I take I'm up so it's either 1.4 or 2.2!:( I've been snacking again.

Have a nice weekend. Seeing some signs of spring so that's good.

See we have some ups and downs this week.

Well you know what that's life. Since we have

to do this "eat right..exercise..drink water....

Should be an every day thing but we make mistakes.

We're human..there will be ups and downs.

And a lot of stay the samer's

 

WE JUST WANT MORE DOWNS! WE WANT TO LOSE!

WE JUST KEEP TRYING..NEVER GIVE UP!

WE CAN DO IT!

 

 

As I say all this..have to report ..

I'm a stay the same this week.

Hi all...

I forgot to do my weigh in on Thurs :confused: but as of today I'm down just over 1lb.

It's nice to hear everyone's encouragement & share their up-n-downs! I started wearing my pedometer around this week & it's made me conscious I need to take more steps! Did u know that 1 mile = 5,000 steps? :rolleyes:
