Well I either stayed the same or lost 1.2 lbs thanks to my stupid scale. I ate at Red Lobster yesterday so was afraid I'd be up so either weight is okay. Feels good to have lost several lbs. That's great considering I cruise in 2 weeks. Have a good week. The last month turned in to a whirlwind of travelling for work, a wedding, and a funeral so the number crept up, but... I'm back on the wagon this week and was down 1 from a week ago. I broke it down to 2 pounds every 10 days and think it is doable! I leave for Rome in 101 days and Norwegian Epic out of Barcelona sets sail a few days after that! I did the Epic from Barcelona in 2011, the 4 day followed by the 7 & liked it so much I did a week in the Caribbean too. Deanna ~ welcome back!
