How long is it to Disembark on the Sky

Just booked my flights for the Sky and we leave MIA at 8:50pm

I am going to rent a car and drop it off at the airport and wondered what time I should use for my pick up time? Is 10am to early? I am using Hertz and they will pick us at the port.

Thanks.

Usually the last time to get off any NCL ship is 9.00 AM (I have not been on the Sky, but I have done 15 NCL cruises where all of them have had 9.00 AM as the last time to leave the ship), and then you have to go through US customs, but I am certain that you would be cleared by 10.00 - maybe even earlier. :)

We were on sky couple weeks ago, we took last selection time; choices were:

Walk off with luggage from 7:45-9:00

Then 8:40, 9:00, 9:15. We were in huge long line but it moved fairly quickly to get luggage. Customs was very quick once we had luggage.

We chose 9:15, walked off boat at approx 9:00 though, and our hotel shuttle was picking us up at approx 10:30. We got outside there at about 10:20.

So just over an hour once all was said and done.

we were on sky last weekend.

Very easy to Disembark.

Choose to walk off with your luggage and you can leave early and miss a lot of the line and have more time exploring for the day :)

I just posted a review a few minutes ago.

Here is the link if you want to check it out.

Have fun!

10:00 sounds just fine.

They will have shuttle out there starting much earlier. If you are there, get on it and they most probably will have a car for you earlier.

If they are waiting for cars to be returned, then, well, you wait.

Thanks for all the information and for the review gardiner41. I guess we will walk off with our luggage and keep the 10am reservation time.

We're on the 4 day cruise so maybe it will be a little less of a party ship then the 3 day weekend cruise but I will keep those quiet areas in mind.
