Does anyone have an inkling when the 2016 world cruises will be unveiled?

Not sure, the 2015 WC info was available in September last year.

2015 outline info was available around 21st August '13 and you could 'register an interest' then.

Booking a specific stateroom was open early September, around the 5th I think.

The same was true for the 2014 World Voyages. Info came out in August 2012 but at least in the US, you could not actually book until September 5th.

 

The 2013 World Voyages did come out about a month earlier.
