Travelguard gold policy, misleading!

I have the Travel Guard Gold policy. What I quoted is from page 18 and 22. I booked this policy through Square Mouth.

My previous post wasn't addressed to you, so I wasn't asking whether you had the Travel Guard Gold policy. I was assuming it was because in an earlier post (#44) responding to you I had quoted that policy's standard language .

 

Look again and you'll see I was asking "Grannycb" whether she had a Travel Guard Gold policy.

I'm the original poster (#20) that brought up this subject..and so glad I did...hoping it would help to clarify any possible confusion when using a NCC..When I recently happend to read some policies I was considering this jumped off the page at me as a possible problem as I often use NCC's..many of which were purchased some time ago.
