We will be in 1830 on the June 15 sailing. If no one else has posted photos by then, I'll see if I can figure how to do that! Guess there's a first time for every thing!

No pics but they are very nice. On a back to back on turnaround day we peaked in all the different categories on the ship. Deck 12 is lovely. Furniture reminds me a bit of IkEa in color and design with soft close drawers. Bigger tv. Nice standard size balcony. Deck 13 above is just chairs so should be quiet. Safe in the closet. Closet one side has room for hang ups and the other is shelves. Panoramic view window rooms are great too. I would stay in them for the right price. Much better then deck 2 or 3. We have a balcony on deck 12 booked for September.

Only negative I can see is you can only reach them from the forward elevator unless you want to walk outside which would be windy and or hot. For example to get to the 14 floor you will need to go down and then up to stay inside.

Thanks so much for the update cruiselvr04. You must have been impressed as you booked one for the future. Now I can hardly wait for our "Ship To Come In" so to speak. LOL

  • 3 weeks later...

Just back yesterday. We were in 1830. Overall a very nice cabin. Loved the location, right next to the forward elevators, so easy access to just about everywhere. We always had an empty or nearly empty elevator when we got on. As far as access goes the only downside was that to get to the dining room (we were on deck 3) we either had to walk outside to the aft elevators, or take the forward elevator to 4 or 5 and walk through either the casino or promenade then go down to 3.

Cabin itself was great. They still feel new and have some awesome features. We saw some other cabins in a cabin crawl and I can tell you that there is more storage space than in the other balcony cabins. The closet has hanging space and a separate door with shelves. Drawer have that soft close feature as well. There are two small open shelves above the desk that are perfect for things you want easy access to but don't want to clutter the desktop with like sunglasses, hats, makeup and sunscreen. The tv is much larger than the standard. We had a connecting cabin and the connecting door was very unobtrusive as it was right next to the balcony. We also had a full size sofa and I can't be sure, but it felt bigger than the superior ov with balcony we saw. Once I get photos downloaded later today, I'll try to post some here ( provided I can figure out how).

Any input on Navigator's new Deck 12 balcony cabins? It's really hard to find information on these!

Good afternoon, We were on the May sailing of the Navigator with you we met at Moody Gardens. I had room 1876 and we loved it. It was very roomy and the new tables on the balcony were wonderful. Wish I knew you wanted to look at it I would have been happy to show you. I do have pictures on my camera I will work on downloading them and post them for you. You will love the cabin and it was very quiet!

That would be wonderful! Thank you :)

For some reason the balcony cabins on 12 are slightly less expensive and I can't figure out why  I'm glad to know you enjoyed it!

I wish our roll call group in May would have done a cabin crawl... with all the new style venues it would have been a lot of fun!

Ladysilver and Kamfo

Thank you so much for taking the time to post the pics. Now we are really excited. Even the balcony looks to be quite sizable. Pictures really bring it home and gets the excitement built up.

Thanks again

Hi everyone, I am hoping to bring this thread back to life. We will be in 1828 in March and would love to see any pictures anyone has of these rooms.

Thanks,

I had the same question on a thread I started a few days ago. Someone posted a link to their pictures so I copied it here. The cabin pictures start on page 5.
