I was expecting the responses about the cicrumpolar current, now just the wind breaking windows though... WOW!

It wasn't the wind, but the stress of the boat going up and coming down hard on the water.

Does that include taxes and port fees?

The aussie prices should include them but the Gratuities are most likely not included.:D

Also, pricing was the same with or without Captain's Circle number.

Thanks for that. So much for aussies whinging about how much better some (US) have it over others in regards to pricing. Just goes to show that it is all swings and roundabouts and each cruise is different in how they price for sales.:D

My Aussie TA quote is including the gratuities. Hopefully as we're not sailing from New Zealand just down to Tasmania from Melbourne our windows won't break;) but we shall see. Was going on Celebrity in 2016 but that went around New Zealand and then Australia and I was a bit worried about the Southern Ocean then. Anyway as our son may return from Australia late 2016 we though we would do the Princess Circumnavigation next Feb/March instead.:)
