138east Posted November 22, 2014 #26 Share Posted November 22, 2014 Instead of taking the ship's tour you can take a cab to Rowe's Wharf Water Taxi at the Boston Harbor Hotel, buy a water taxi transfer to Logan Airport for $10/pp, and store your luggage for free. Then you can walk over to Faneuil Hall and explore that area of Boston which could include part of the Freedom Trail. What time does your flight leave? If you take the water taxi you would have to be able to roll your luggage to the free shuttle bus to the Logan terminals.

How do I get from the ship to the Boston Harbor Hotel? Sent from my iPhone using Forums mobile app
138east Posted November 23, 2014 #28 Share Posted November 23, 2014 It's best to take a cab.
Arabia Posted December 11, 2014 #29 Share Posted December 11, 2014 I am attempting to arrange for a flight out of Logan in April. If my ship arrives at the cruise terminal at 0600, and I do the "self assist" option with regards to my luggage, should I be able to make a 0930 flight without much stress? 1025cruise Posted December 11, 2014 #32 Share Posted December 11, 2014 Just because the ship docks at 6:00, doesn't mean that's when you will get off.

We were delayed clearing customs for 2.0 hours during one cruise. So, I think that it would be wise to select a later flight.
