Hair dryers

Can anyone elaborate on the kind of hair dryers that are found in the Maasdam suites? My hair demands a pretty concentrated dryer if I expect it to look good since humidity tends to make it do it own thing. I'd sure appreciate some info and advice on whether or not to bring my own.

My hair is short and I have found the hair dryer's on the HAL ships to be fine for me. BUT, others who have long hair or harder hair to dry than mine, usually take their own hair dryers.

Under the new Signature of Excellence, all cabins are supposed to get new dryers. They weren`t on the Zaandam last month, but may be on other ships. The old ones dry my hair OK but my hair is short...jean

When we were on the Maasdam in May, new hair dryers were not installed in the suites. I have long hair and when I went to use it the first time, it had very little power. Reported it and got it fixed. Then it worked great.
