Faster than Fun program

Recommended Posts

depends on what you are looking for. For wife/I, yes. The benefits of getting on the ship early, being able to drop off our carry-ons in the cabin, using the platinum/diamond guest services area, and being able to get off the ship early to get to our next vacation spot or the airport. So for us, the $50 is definitely worth it.

If you do a search on FTTF, you will find a LOT of threads regarding this.

Used it once ,ours was a total cluster . So the early boarding was joke . The luggage and access to your room big plus other than that no big deal to us . I think Most will give it a thumbs up from what I have read. Its $50 if that's to most not a deal breaker and will say its well worth it.

Depends on personal preference. For me it is the best 50.00 I spend on a cruise. My back hurts when I stand very long and the embarkatiom lines at Galveston are VERY long. That alone I would pay for.

We also enjoy going straight to the cabin to drop off carry-ons.

Hope you enjoy your cruise.

If you have any tendered ports they make you feel like a Rock Star!!! All you have to do is go to guest services when you are ready to leave and an employee escorts you on to the next tender! It was awesome! Also having a priority line at guest services was really nice! Our family will always get FTTF for all of our cruises (tender ports or not) just to skip the embarkation line!

Some will say yes and some say no. Like others said it's really a preference. I'm a picky eater and do not drink alcohol so for me, I don't mind paying for the perks. I'd rather buy FTTF then pay $35 at the steakhouse for a meal that i would only eat one course of! Have used FTTF 2x and have it booked again for 8/30!

It is totally worth it. To be able to walk on the ship and go to your cabin and dump your stuff is FANTASTIC!!! On our last cruise we got the last 3 slots left and I can tell you that I will buy it for every cruise I book and it is offered. To be able to roam the ship and not have carry ons dragging behind you makes your first hour or so on the ship is very nice :D

We have used it once and have it again for our next cruise. We have kids so being able to get on quickly, dropping off bags makes my life easier. Last cruise our daughter was 3 so after lunch, DH/DS explored the ship while DD napped and I COMPLETELY unpacked because all of my luggage was waiting for me when we finished lunch. This also gets me closer to getting into vacation mode.

We used the dedicated phone number a couple of times and got off the ship very quickly at the end of the cruise. We did not have tender ports nor do we have them on our next cruise but still feel that it is worth $50.

If it were just DH and I with no tender ports, I might not get it. Maybe we'll be platinum when that happens ;-)

We have had it every cruise except our first one......we love it! To me, it is definitely worth it. The most important benefit, to me, is able to go into the platinum/diamond line at guest services. No one knows what to expect on a cruise, and if you need to go to guest services for something, it's nice to go in the short line. One cruise, there was a 2 hour wait for the guest services line, and I was able to bypass that.

First of all, there is nothing faster than fun :)

We love it. Even if you don't get early board, you still have priority security screening at embarkation / guest services / priority tendering / drop carry-on luggage off early / theoretical faster luggage delivery / priority disembarkation. Most people that want FTTF find something in there they appreciate.

I hope a spot opens up on my cruise. I keep checking every day.

Be sure to check around your final payment date. And typically 2-3 weeks before that too.
