Grand Suite - ironing board ?

Is there an ironing board in a grand suite on Indy ? if not do they offer an ironing service ?

There are no self serve laundry facilities on board any RCI ship, nor ironing boards or irons in any staterooms. Irons are also not permitted to be brought on board.

 

RCI does offer laundry and dry cleaning services for a fee.

No ironing boards or irons available but they do have ironing service and for GS, it's free on formal nights.

No ironing board - but it wouldn't do you any good as you can't get an iron anyway. You may have items pressed for about half the cost of cleaning/laundering.

I didnt want to do any ironing ..... just wanted the wife to feel at home..thought the ironing board would remind her of what she is missing. !

LOL - good one. Wouldn't work for us as I haven't owned an ironing board in over 30 years.

LOL! I just hope she isn't reading this because you might be missing something.... like maybe your cruise due to an unexpected hospital stay! :eek:

No ironing rooms or equipment any cabin

Take your own ironing board if you want but have to heat your hand up hot with dryer and push real hard on your clothes

 

Just use ship laundry and wrinkle spray

Thankyou so much for all your replies - wife now happy,she got the answers she was looking for ! now gone back to the kitchen before she mows the lawn and cleans the car.... I have to say it is exhausting watching her. I am looking forward to our next cruise so that I can relax. Probably taking her...she deserves a break !!!
