Listing of Getaway Extras

First NCL cruise! I've been on Celebrity, Carnival and RC. This is also my first REALLY big ship. Super excited!

 

But, I've also noticed that there a lot of opportunities to spend on activities onboard:) Being new to NCL or to Getaway (not sure if this is is a fleetwide thing), I was wondering if I could get some help with maybe making a listing. I like to figure out how much to expect my sail card to be before we leave!

 

I started a list that I've gathered from reading reviews. This does not take into consideration the specialty dining.

 

Bowling: $5 a game

Vibe: $20 a day pp

 

Rock wall: ?

Rope climb: ?

Cake boss place: ?

Deal or no deal: ?

Comedy: ?

 

Anything else that I have no idea about: ?

 

Thanks in advance guys. I don't cut back AT ALL on vacation, but I've never been on a ship that has so many extra options. Knowing me, I could unexpectedly spend more on this than the actual cruise. Just would like it to not be unexpectedly:)

walk the plank - FREE - but you have to purchase the photo if you'd like it.

Comedy and Howl at the Moon - FREE

 

not sure if there is a shoe rental free for bowling also

It's not an activity but if you are planning finances remember to plan $12 pp/pd for the Service Charge.

This is a FABULOUS idea! There really should be a thread that lists all the different fees you COULD incur IF you so choose on BA/GA. I would like to know more of this myself for my upcoming cruise. In the meanwhile, here's what I do know...

Vibe: $20 a day pp OR $79 per wk pp OR $299 per cabana (includes weekly rental plus $100 beverage credit)

Cirque Jungle Dreams: $39 pp unless you have the UDP, then it's free first night

Dolce Gelato: pay per item ($2.50-$5.00 per item)

Carlo's Bake Shop: Pay per item (cupcakes, lobster tails, etc. range $2.50 - $3.50, mini cakes $6-8, prices MUCH higher for full size cakes...not sure how much, have heard $30-$50)

Atrium Lavazzo Coffee: $1.75 - $4.00 beverage

We bowled on the Epic and had to pay for shoes. It was only $ 2.00. So I

am not sure if the other ships are free shoe rental.

Even the fancy yoga studios here in Denver/Boulder don't come close to that per class. Ok, so maybe I spent that at Pure Barre. This is one that I might not treat myself to!
