I ended up upgrading anyway paying a much higher price (just two days ago), but could not take advantage of the OBC. It was new bookings only. But now I am going to try to get the double OBC but not change my cabin. I do not want to give up my Caribe balcony on the CB. I booked it for the b2b. But I do want the OBC! It doesn't hurt to try.
