7 Stars is Caesar's highest tier level.

you need 150k points. At $10/point in video poker, that's $1.5M coin-in!

Basically, 7Stars members got a free New England cruise (sept 27-oct 4)onboard the Gem.

Seems the cruise itself was fine.

It was Caesar's logistics (or lack thereof) before and after the cruise that was a mess.

Unorganized bussing from Atlantic City to the cruise terminal in nyc. Caesar's rep was late.

in nyc, Some busses just dropped passengers off blocks away from the terminal. they had to walk to the terminal with their luggage.

Handicapped people had MUCH difficulty doing this.

After the cruise, more bussing confusion back to AC. The buses were 2+ hrs late. the designated waiting area was sooo crowed with people and luggage that that noone couldn't move.

ie: couldn't get out to goto the bathroom

All I can say is wow...

I was on this cruise and wondering what this group was!

There was also a group that wore Mickey Mouse ears all week.....

it got worse.

apparently, Caesar's screwed up room reservations for a handicapped lady. she had a scooter.

they got her a non-handicapped room even tho she asked for a handicapped room and told them she was disabled.

her scooter cant even fit thru the door!

Caesar's gave her $100 freeplay for her troubles.

and u wonder why Caesar's is on the brink of bankrupcy

The 150k points are correct. But, very few actually do that much coin in due to bonus for heavy nights at the casino.

Still, lots of points.

And, it is the highest "advertised" level at Caesars. They do have another secret level, but you don't want to be a member of that group. LOL!

WOW, but not suprised by another mess up from CET. The last few years have been filled with customer relationship problems. Many, many players in AC have left them and are now playing at other casinos. (Including us)

Safe sailing
