Looking for HAL Pumpernickel Recipe

I recently returned from a trip on the Eurodam and was blown away by their Seeded Dark Rye (? Russian Rye). I do not have the HAL cookbooks so don't know if it is in one of them. Did search on CC and didn't see it although it is mentioned frequently. Was hoping that someone on CC would have that recipe as I really want to make some...

I think most of HAL's bread is from a mix.

 

I've been on enough cruises to have seen the huge bags of muffin mix, bread mix, cookie mix etc being loaded onto the ships.

 

You never know, though, someone might come up with the recipe!
