Barbees61011 Posted January 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 4, 2015 I am looking to stay in a 2br condo or hotel suite near Port Canaveral (maybe an hour outside the port) for 2 nights before our cruise in September. We would be there for a Thursday and Friday night. Has anyone stayed in a condo or hotel that is beachfront? I've looked on VRBO but several of those seem to have 4+ night minimums. Any input appreciated. Thanks!
GTO-Girl Posted January 4, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 4, 2015 (edited) If you are looking for something in a condo and don't mind being an hour away from the port check Daytona Beach or South Daytona Beach area..... There are probably some in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area but I am not familiar with what is here. However CaptBJ and another poster are our locals, so hopefully they will be on the boards soon and can help you out. Have a wonderful cruise!!! selliott1 Posted January 6, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 6, 2015 We are staying at the country Inn and suites at Cocoa Beach. They have a park and cruise rate where you can leave your car there and get a free shuttle to the port. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Davey Wavey Posted January 6, 2015 #6 Share Posted January 6, 2015 We stayed at Wakulla Suites condo, which does single nights for about $110 per night although ours was free from our travel agent. It is right on the beach. It was an ok stay. Read about it in the review in my signature.
