Probably cheaper to do it "a la carte"...all is available for rental...beaches are public and free....chairs/umbrellas are available for rent.

There is food/drink all up and down the beach...pay for what you want! Watersport rentals, too! Restrooms, showers, etc....easy to come by.

Would like an adults only resort. Anything like that?

My mother and I are also looking for an all-inclusive for the day we are in port. So far we haven't found much. The Westin will give you a room for a day plus all facilities however no food is included for $199. Too much for us. The Marriott doesn't do it. Have you found any others yet?

Is there anywhere we can go that has an all inclusive package? (beach, drinks, food, pool). Maybe a private cabana with beachfront as well?

We have never found an all-inclusive in Caymans. We did Sting Ray City and snorkeling through a private group, don't recall which one, and it was awesome.
