Passport renewal FYI

I guess the Dept. of State must be on their game....sent in passport renewal 1/2/15 (non-expedited - from SC) and received the new ones today...21 days turn around....not to bad ;)

Threads on other boards have reported renewals with no complications in 3 weeks or maybe a little less. We did ours in September in 17 days, door to door.

We renewed ours just before Christmas and they were back in under ten working days. Boy, were we impressed.

 

As you said, nice to have to worry for another ten years.

 

This time, we opted for the extra pages! We must be optimists when it comes to cruising!!

Good to hear the govt is on the ball with passports, Nicki. You beat our record ;)

DH had his passport renewed last year within 5 days. He went in on Monday, and was able to pick his passport up by Friday! The Canadian government is on the ball!
