molly361 Posted February 8, 2015 #3 Share Posted February 8, 2015 (edited) If your OBC is from RCL via Wow sale credit or credit from booking onboard it is non refundable. That credit you would need to take out at the casino and pay the 5% service charge. They will not give you that at GS Edited February 8, 2015 by molly361

39august Posted February 8, 2015 #5 Share Posted February 8, 2015 Any unused OBC can be gotten in cash from the casino for a 5% charge. You should be able to get any unused OBC that came from a source other than RCI on the last afternoon of your cruise at Guest Services at no charge. The $200 from Royal is non-refundable...which is what they generally use first when charging your seapass card..the $300 would be refundable..and you can either take cash from Guest Services at the end, let it go back onto your credit card...or pay the 5% fee at the casino & get cash at any time during the cruise... Very true- Sometimes we have paid the 5% rather than wait on those long lines. It is never really that much money.
