fourxk Posted August 31, 2005 #1 Share Posted August 31, 2005 Looking at the owners' suite on the Jewel. In the list of amenities it does not state bar set-up. Is this included? Do they replenish it? My husband would prefer beer over hard liquor. Is this an option? I know Shoreguy will have the answers. Jane
shoreguy Posted August 31, 2005 #2 Share Posted August 31, 2005 I am sure they would be happy to provide beer instead of the 3 liters of spirits that come with the suite. Just tell the Butler AA- OWNER'S SUITES 4 > Embarkation > 1 Bottle of French Champagne > 1 Floral Arrangement > 1 Small Tray of Hors D'oeuvres > 1 Fruit Basket* > 1 Bottle of Spring Water* > 1 Bottle of Sparkling Water* > 3 Bottle of Liquor From Menu > 6 Sodas * > > *Replenished upon consumption > > Bath Amenities (L'Occitane) > Cotton ball & Q-Tip > Shampoo > Conditioner > Bath Gel > Moisturizing Lotion > Milk Facial Soap 1.7 oz (20% Shea butter) > Verbena Soap 3.5 oz (20% Shea Butter) > SPF 15 Day Cream 15ml > Precious cream pot (face) > Shea Butter in Tin > Shave Balm Cream 15ml > Bath salts, presented in container > Loofah Mitt > Shower Cap > Sewing Kit > Shoe Mitt > > Other > Butler Service > Concierge Service > Personalized Stationary > DVD and CD > DVD & CD Library > Bathroom Scale > Alarm Clock > Bath Robes (Upgraded Robe) > Feather Pillows > Upgraded linen > Binoculars > Padded Hangers > Complimentary pressing for Formal Night/shoe polishing > > Full Breakfast Menu > 24 Hour Room Service Menu (Butler Menu) > Warm face towels, embarkation by Butler > Glass of Embarkation Champagne by Butler > Nightly Chef Selection of Turn Down Food Amenity > > Personal Computer with Printer > In Suite Dining
TrinaLC Posted August 31, 2005 #3 Share Posted August 31, 2005 They do not replenish. Note that these are 1 Liter (large) bottles. The freebies are not top drawer however; for example, the Scotch is not even Dewar's; and there is no dark rum offering at all. However, if you order Tequila, your butler will probably offer to get you some of the margarita mix from the bar! (and no doubt will even if you have to ask first!) flyingpirate Posted September 1, 2005 #4 Share Posted September 1, 2005 Shoreguy - Where do you find these lists of amenities and features for each cabin level? I haven't seen this much info on the NCL site. Yes, I know, you're the cruise wizard! ;)

I bet I posted that same list 20 times in the last 6 months. Some of it comes from those that have access to the NCL intranet.

flyingpirate Posted September 2, 2005 #7 Share Posted September 2, 2005 Hi Greenie - Yes, I 've seen that facility on NCL's site, but it's never as detailed as Shoreguy's lists. That one just shows the physical sttributes like cabin size, cd library, bedsize, butler, conceirge, etc. but not champagne, flowers, robes, toiletries, bar, et.al., you know, the GOOD stuff! ;)
