Hawaii air/ hotel/ cruise package

My wife and I are considering booking this package. We can book this package with a flight from atlanta for about $2000 per person for an inside room. This seems like a great deal to me, since the flight from atlant by itself is around $1400 per person. It almost sounds to good to be true. Is there a catch?

The only problem might be the timing and routing of the flights.

You might get red eye flights , multiple connections or other weird routing.

I've of people getting a free tour of the US with this type of package.

I saw this deal and purchased it, we are flying out of Chicago on Feb.26. We have a non stop flight there and back. The flight there gets us in around 3:30 PM. The return flight gets us back around 6 AM. The ship is the Pride of America. We get 2 nights precruise in the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort. Plus all of the transfers. There are other things we get onboard. I don't see a down side to this. I priced part of this out as if I booked this for us, this package deal saved me a bunch of cash. If we have any problems with this deal, I will come back and let you know.

Thank you all for the info. I would certainly prefer a direct flight, and I know Delta has one out of Atlanta, just no way to know if NCL would pick this flight. We're looking at the Pride of America around the 1st couple weeks of June.

Id shop around a little for airfare. Were flying Miami to Dallas and then Dallas to Hawaii in May and paid a little over $900 pp round trip.
