Issues with Amex booking dining?

Has anyone had an issue using their Amex trying to pre book dining? I have tried using both mine and my wife's card and it is not going through on the Royal Caribbean website.

 

I am going to call amex, but wasn't sure if this was a known issue.

Have not run into that problem. Did you use the card to pay for the other part of the cruise .

Haven't done that for dining but we have for shore excursions and haven't had any issues using Amex.

Yes used the same card to pay for the cruise. Going to call amex after I get off work and see what is going on.

It was something on RCCL website, when I called amex they never even saw it processed. I tried again later and it went through with no issue.

 

All booked.
