jst Posted May 6, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 6, 2015 On a B to B guest service will send you info on what time to go down to them and you will be escorted to customs & immigration then straight back on the ship. You will also receive your new sail & sign card, and you are the first ones to be able to go to the Buffet, and yes you are right all your things stay in the cabin , but you will get a bill for each half as if you were getting off the ship. :)
SadieN Posted May 6, 2015 #3 Share Posted May 6, 2015 They'll give you info a few days before the end of your first cruise. You'll meet in a designated area when the last regular pax are off. Go thru customs, check back in and re board. Bring your docs and other stuff with you. If you're changing cabins talk with your room steward as they do things differently on each ship. We pack up all our stuff and put our new luggage tags on them. If staying in the same cabin, do nothing. You have the option of rebounding immediately or going into town. Make sure you have your new card and transit pass.

Actually fun, you get to see all the new cruisers sitting in terminal, and you can wave at them, and know they cannot get on till your back on board... evandbob Posted May 6, 2015 #5 Share Posted May 6, 2015 You may also get a group photo and champagne toast after Customs - had that on Conquest in October
ffmikey Posted May 6, 2015 #6 Share Posted May 6, 2015 We have only done a couple of B2B cruises. In our experience we got a letter in our room on the last night of 1st cruise stating where and roughly when to meet. The ship had a point of contact that handled the group. We were escorted off after all other guests left and lead to the counter. We got our new S&S cards and took care of the usual paperwork. We were then lead back onto the ship and that was that. We met friends at the Embarkation photo place when they were boarding for a group pic. It's a pretty simple process. The fun thing about it looking at all the "sad" people getting off and knowing you are still cruising. Of course that ends soon enough. But it is nice having a quiet ship even for a little while. Have fun.

D4 Posted May 10, 2015 #8 Share Posted May 10, 2015 Be sure you bring your passports and completed customs forms when you go to meet the B2B group at the set time.
