Drink package

Hi,

Booked on Celebrity Summit. First time with this line. When booking with the standard drink package I specifically asked about a brand of liquor. Whether it was part of that package because its all I drink and was willing to go for the upgraded package. Was told by booking agent from celebrity that is was part of the package I got. But the brand is listed on Celebrities site as not part of my package. I'm confused

Welcome to the club! It seems there is more inquiry about the drink package than anything else (well,maybe tipping). I think the best answer is...you really won't have a definite handle until you are on the ship. Celebrity has "monkeyed around" with list/drink price several times in last year or so. There is a definite price cap for the classic package; $8 for cocktails, $9 for wine and $6 for beer.

So I guess you have to wait and see what the current prices are when you board.

Yes, you can upgrade on board. There will be a table you will pass as soon as you walk onto the ship. Very quick and easy.

You can upgrade onboard if you find out your preferred liquor is not included in the classic package.

Secondarily, if you want to use the Martini bar, virtually all of the Martinis require the premium package, because they are larger.

 

As mentioned, you can upgrade on board, and even easier, at any bar.
