Does anyone know if celebrity supply a day room for use after cruise as we may fly back in the evening and dock early morning do not want spend all day at airport .. Alaska cruise from and return to Seattle flying back to UK

No, at the end of our cruise last year out of Seattle we had a late departure and did the Celebrity excursion after departing the ship. We did a Seattle tour, Space needle and the glass works adjacent to it. Luggage was on the bus with us all the time.

If you have booked the Air package with them (Celebrity UK) which also includes transportation to the hotel, Day room and transportation back to the airport.

At least on cruises in/ out of Miami; we have done it twice.

The first hotel required us to vacate the room earlier than the 2nd which took us to the airport at 6pm for a 8.45 flight.

I would do an internet search of Seattle airport-area hotels and then contact a few of them inquiring about their day rates. A lot of airport hotels offer day rates.

One of the best deals you can get on a "day room" isn't a day room at all. It's a car rental. Pick up first thing in the morning, load up your stuff, enjoy your day, drop car off, fly home.

True, except that your flight has to be later than a certain time - cannot remember if it is 5pm or 6pm.

As other posters have pointed out, if you have booked a fly/cruise package with Celebrity UK, they will provide transfers from the ship to the airport and include a day room if you have an evening flight back to the UK (all of this is included in the price of your cruise package). If you are booking your own flights, then Celebrity's responsibility for you ends once you leave the ship, so you would have to book your own day room and transfers or you could purchase an excursion, taking your luggage on board the coach, and you would be dropped off at the airport in good time for your flight.

As celebrity use pier 91 in seattle I understand there is a Concierge there that wiil store luggage at cost . Thank you for previous information and any future tips

Our flight back from Hong Kong is at 23.45. We booked fly/cruise through celebrity UK and have a day room at an airport hotel. We were unaware of that until we got our guest ticket booklet.

Thank you Neeps, I asked that question on another thread, good to know we don't have to worry about our cases until late evening. Our flight out of Singapore is 23.25
