I agree with Bee ess we get such great deal as elite on Princess when even though we are Caribbean on P&O there is very little advantage, will still cruise with p&o when we get a good last minute deal but still Pricess is our favourite, the waiters are so miserable on P&O.

You do know it is the Peninsula Club? You CP as David says will show all your cruises. The error possibly happened a long time ago and because you have never looked it was missed.

Even if you fell foul of the loosing of points for having a three year gap you should have now 1080 points. You may have lost 350 points for the two cruises before 2007.

Your total should be 1430.

I am not sure if they gave people back points they had lost after they changed the rule back so gaps did not loose you points.

Not sure about your figures as I do not know where the 5 comes from as you get 10 points per night. Did you have a Princess cruise as well as their points were halved by P&O so you could end up with a total ending in a 5.

 

Go back to them and ask the question as to why your point total is incorrect.

Just a thought - wouldn't it be good that instead of loyalty points you got 'club points' much the same way as you do with your credit card. That way you would gain points for each pound you spend on your cruise ticket which could be redeemed later against a future cruise or OBS.

Its a shame they don't recognise those who were paying exhorbitant money to sail back in the early 90s when cruises were approx the same price as they are now despite inflation growing umpteen-fold in that time.

 

The money paid for an inside cabin (complete with shared toilet/shower) on Canberra would have got me a penthouse suite on Britannia in todays money!!!!
