Carnival Cruise Lines will offer all guests the option to purchase a Bottomless Bubbles unlimited soda program which will allow the guest unlimited soft drinks and juices for the duration of the cruise at a one-time purchase price. Prices are as follows – a 15% gratuity will be added at time of purchase of the program.

Child Rate Per Day $4.50 (17 years of age and younger)

Adult Rate Per Day $6.00 (18 years of age and older)

Upon purchasing the Bottomless Bubbles unlimited soda program, a sticker will be placed on the guest’s Sail & Sign card. Bottomless Bubbles can be purchased at the ship’s Casino Bar and Pool Bar; in addition, the soda program can be purchased prior to the cruise by contacting the ‘The Fun Shops’ department (phone orders only-not offered online).

There should be a note in your stateroom at embarkation confirming your purchase and where to get the sticker. We've gotten it at the casino bar, specialty coffee bar or atrium bar on our cruises. They will have a master list of those who purchased it pre-cruise and put the sticker on your card. If no note in your stateroom or if in doubt of location, guest services can also tell you where to get it.

When you pre purchase it on RCCL they just put the sticker on your card when you sign in and your done. They also give you a cup and its just in your room , never have figured out why Carnival feels the need to charge you for the cup . But it is what it is I guess.

You can pre-purchase online for the past couple years, just like with Cheers (it's in the same category for the fun shops). I don't remember if there is any price benefit to doing it this way though. You pay for it when you purchase it, we always do it so it's "one less thing" to go on Sail & Sign when we get onboard. There will be a slip of paper in your room, like all fun shop purchases, saying that you got it and telling you to get your sticker. We usually just go up to the big area on Lido where they are selling it, since we are headed up there for lunch anyway, and get the sticker there. Super fast and easy, and get on with our day.
