Will be staying one night post cruise which hotels would you stay at?

Hampton Inn downtown Las Olas area

Bahia Mar

Riverside Hotel

Doubletree Gallery one

All the prices are around the same

Of those choices I would go with the Doubletree Gallery One. I have stayed there and it is a nice hotel on the Intercoastal Waterway with a water taxi stop right at the hotel. There is shopping, dining, and the beach all within a short walk from the hotel.

I agree with the above poster , the Gallery One for same reasons. Second choice would probably be the Bahia Mar. We have stayed at all mentioned except the Hampton Inn. Gallery One rooms or actually they are suites are far better than the others. We stayed at Riverside and upgraded to room in newer area which was nice but still prefer others. Bahia Mar taxi fare would be less than Gallery One though.

Agree with the above that have suggested Doubletree...and enjoy that (usually) hot chocolate chip cookie when you check in :p

The Hampton Inn is the worst one on your list, as the location is not good....it's downtown but off the beaten track (not an area that you want to be wandering around after business hours).

The choice comes down to what you are looking for...

If you want to stay downtown (shopping/dining/galleries/museum/river), stay at the Riverside. If you want to be on the intracoastal, close to the beach, and close to shopping and restaurants, stay at Doubletree. If you want to be right at the beach and closest to the port, stay at Bahia Mar.
