Formal night on Valor in Oct.

We are sailing on the Valor Oct. 10th. Seven day cruise. We will have two formal dinner night correct? Can someone point in the correct direction on finding out what nights are formal night are on.

Carnival does not have formal nights. They designate a night for people to dress up, but it's to sell pictures and not enforced. Basically, you will sit next to a person wearing a t-shirt and baseball cap on the formal night.

We did this itinerary on the Valor last month. Elegant nights were Day 2 (Nassau) and Day 5 (San Juan).

True but the question was when.....not what to wear.

 

Based on what I have found based on the 7 day Western Carribean it will be on the Sea days. For western that means the second night and the last night. I think Eastern itinerary is the same.

utwhee had the correct answer in post 2.

 

Sea days on the eastern are on the 3rd night and the last night.

 

They never have elegant night the last night of the cruise.
