What drinks available without soda package?

We are trying to limit soda for our kids (11&13) onboard but I want them to have some options! What is available to drink for free? Juice? Or just water?! I know it has been asked before but I forgot to save that thread and we have since considered not getting the soda card. Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you!

Juice is available in the morning. A flavored drink (several flavors including lemonade) is available during the day at several dispensers. Milk in the morning that you can take back to your cabin refridge if you wish. Hot chocolate packets available to mix with hot water. I'm probably forgetting some. And you can carry on non alcoholic drinks in sealed containers if you wish to bring something.

iced tea, water, lemonade and other flavoured water stuff, hot tea/coffee/hot chocolate, fruit juice at breakfast(not the freshly juiced), milk.

They only has a glass of apple or orange juice at breakfast. I know all about the sugar! I just don't want unlimited soda access all day unless there are really no other options! Thanks to hose who answered!!

I would bring my own things to flavour water... in the uk we have loads of 'squash' flavours as we call them and they are all sugar free.
