24-hour courtesy hold no longer available to Caribbean and other destinations

When trying a fake booking for Empress of the Seas yesterday the Courtesy Hold feature was available.

 

The inconsistencies with IT programmers and customer service personnel continue!

 

Very true. I seem to be the only one who does not have the courtesy hold available -- thanks to PC Walton's screen shot, I knew where to look for it, and it's definitely not there.

I don't have it either, not even for the Empress:(

Checked recently, the hold link is just hidden (CSS, display: none;), but you can still reveal it and get a hold.

I have the same problem although not all the time.

 

How do you unhide the button?
