Is this complimentary or is there a fee for Afternoon Tea? What other eating venues are complimentary apart from MDR & The Buffet area? This is our first time on Princess so looking forward to it.:)

The afternoon tea is complimentary in the dining room & on the Royal & Regal there is an additional more upscale tea in the atrium that had a $10 fee ($20 with a glass of champagne).

The Pregos Pizzeria, the Trident Grill (mostly burgers and hot dogs), ice cream cones at Scoops, the Cafe Caribe, the International Cafe, room service (except for pizza) and the British Pub Lunch (which used to be held in the Wheelhouse Bar on sea days) are all free. They also have free popcorn at MUTS (the outdoor big screen) at night and cookies and milk by the pool (on sea days) and in the International Cafe, usually around 3pm.

Another way of answering your question is to list the extra cost venues on the Emerald.

Specialty coffees, teas and hot chocolate at the IC and also gelato at three scoops for $1.50 at the IC. All other food items at the IC are complementary.

There is a $3.00 per order delivery charge for pizza from Room Service. All other items on the somewhat limited Room Service menu are complementary but many tip a couple of dollars for delivery. Complementary pizza by the slice is available at Prego Pizza on Lido deck. The topping options are the same for Room Service and Prego.

For dinner there is a charge of $25/person for the Crown Grill Steakhouse, $39/person for SHARE (on the Sun deck in the space formally occupied by Sabatini's), $19/person for small bites at the Salty Dog Gastropub in the Wheelhouse Bar and $20/person for the Crab Shack in Cafe Caribe several nights during your cruise.

Hi! Looking forward to cruising with you on Emerald Princess in January. :)

Yes, there is an Afternoon Tea and it is at no cost.

Another n/c you will enjoy is the IC (International Café) which has yummy things and is open 24 hours. :D
