P&O e mail

Has anyone got an e mail for P&O Customer Services (or similar). Had a look on the website and can't find any e mails at all! Odd in this day and age:rolleyes:.

You could try this one, it's one I've used in the past:-

reservations@email.pocruises.com

 

Or do as I did recently ask for a call back. That way you don't have to spend your money calling them.:)

Last time i wanted to email P and O I went to the Questions page and where it says "Question not answered" email with your query, i just used the box to send an email(It wasn t a question!) and received a reply the following day.

I asked for a call back and they withheld their number; my landline Callblocker doesn't accept withheld numbers so I didn't get my call. So I used a similar technique with the eamil, selected "question not answered" and emailed them anyway. I got a fairly prompt reply.

I do wish we didn't have to "work" their systems all the time to get a simple answer to a simple question!
