Celebrity Silhouette Gluten Free Options?

We sailed on Azamara in Europe last year and were so pleased at the extra effort that was made to provide gluten free options to my husband. Does anyone know if Celebrity also makes special bread, pizza, etc for Celiac cruisers? Your input would be very much appreciated.
