Aft Balcony on Magic?

So i just realized that i booked an adjoining room with the door on the wall. From what i understand, you can hear your neighbors much more easily in those rooms. As i was looking to change my room, i can actually get an Aft balcony on deck 7 for $18 more (total per person) I had an aft on a Princess cruise and loved it, but never on carnival.

 

The room would be either 7462 or 7463. Anyone have any thoughts?

I hate the noise from adjoining rooms unless I am with the passengers in the other room. I'd go for the aft!

We had an aft balcony on the Conquest and loved it, I would make the change.

7460 and 7461 do not have sofa and coffee table areas making the cabin much smaller than the other ext afts on Deck 7. The balcony is still larger. Check Carnival website, deck plans, click on room details and they will show you the room, no sofa and no coffee table . Got stuck in one of these smaller ext afts and was very disappointed, as I have had many 8m's before and they were much larger!

Are not most doors on the wall? Sorry I could not resist. :D We have not found cabins with adjoining doors to be any noisier than "regular cabins".
