Are you talking about 2016 or 2017? Sail dates for Zuiderdam in 2016 are April 3 & April 10. April 8, 2017 falls on Saturday, so I'm guessing this is the date you're referring to. I agree that you should call HAL, who may or may not be willing to give out this information. What about checking a website for the group who may have booked? They would definitely be trying to attract people to book, so their website might provide the best information.

I have this cruise booked for April 8th to 18th 2016. the cruise departs on a Friday. There is also a Roll call for it. I do not know where you get your dates from.

I called ships services and they said they could not disclose the information. Then I called the tour operator and she said she didn't know how many people were booked. But, she said their meetings only lasted about an hour on sea days so maybe it's a small group. I forgot to ask about social events.
