NCLfamily Posted February 14, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2016 Do you mean the 2 or 4 perks from the current promotion? If so, yes you do.

hawkeyetlse Posted February 14, 2016 #4 Share Posted February 14, 2016 Most of the time, yes. But certain fares and bookings are ineligible for the promo (like charters or affinity groups), and there is a small chance that a travel agent will book you as part of a special group without informing you. As always, get a full confirmation of all the details of your booking (cruise fare for all pasengers, extra charges, promotional perks, etc.) before you give anyone (NCL or TA) your money! Rare BirdTravels Posted February 14, 2016 #5 Share Posted February 14, 2016 (edited) You would get the same perks being offered by NCL directly. TAs sometimes kick in extra OBC or other incentives to book through them,,,, but you also have to deal with the TA if you need to change or if NCL decides to change the cruise. We were on a cruise last year that got reschedule 3 or 4 times. Folks who booked direct with NCL got prompt notification and support for the schedule changes. Folks who booked through TAs were living through a nightmare. Edited February 14, 2016 by BirdTravels
Oldgoat61 Posted February 14, 2016 #6 Share Posted February 14, 2016 We have worked with TA's on all but 1 cruise. You have to find one that works for you, and they are out there. We have always gotten more perks in addition to those offered by NCL, unless it's within 30 days of the cruise. And, I have had NO problems with my TA in making any changes. If you decide to go thru a TA, ask them questions at the outset...find out what they will, and won't do for you. If you build a good rapport with them, they will be priceless.;)
