No, points can't be added together. Celebrity and Royal Caribbean do have reciprocity at certain levels. For example, Emerald is recognized as Select on Celebrity, and Diamond is Elite. You must sign up for C + A on both cruise lines.

No, the two cruise lines do not share points.

 

However, they do have reciprocal recognition of two loyalty levels. Celebrity's Select is recognized as Platinum on Royal. Elite is recognized as Diamond.

no. points are not transferable between lines. they match status to a degree. you would be Select on Celebrity for instance.

Just wanted to point out that the reciprocity doesn't begin until you are platinum or above on Royal.
