MDR, Aqua Spa cafe, Cafe al Bacio all serve lunch but only grill, buffet, and cafe on embarkation day are always open.

I think you meant Bistro on 5 instead of Cafe al Bacio. Cafe al Bacio is the specialty coffee/tea bar that has free sweet treats....

The main dining room will not be open on embarkation day (although the B2B passengers may be offered a special lunch that day). Options will include the buffet, mast grill, Bistro on 5, and Aqua Spa cafe. The Cafe al Bacio does not serve lunch, but as already noted, is a great spot for pastries and other sweets.
