Onboard photographers outdoor photos

Hi, we are doing Fjords cruise in June on Britannia, just wondering in they do photography sessions outside (rather than just the usuall soft focus or fake backdrop inside)?

We had one taken just outside the ship at Flam which I wasn't expecting but we did buy it as it had a lovely background.

Yes they do...there was a ships photographer at the North Cape and at Briksdal Glacier last year on our cruise as well as around the quay and gangplank.

Thanks for the replies. Glad to see there will be photographers about. What about on deck early eve? Reason I ask is that it's our honeymoon so we would also like to have some when we are all dressed up, but outside rather than in the ship.

Certainly on our Azura Iberian cruise a couple of years ago, there were photographers patrolling along the prom deck and elsewhere after first sitting dinner and taking photos.

There was a photographer on prom deck on Azura last September, we were the only couple out there, we had our photo taken it was lovely :)

I'm sure if you had a word with the photography staff they would be happy to arrange something. Or at least tell you when they are planning to do a shoot on deck.

Thanks again for your replies. It looks promising we will get some photos with a nice 'real' backdrop then. I will definitely have a word with them too :)
