This will be my 1st cruise as platinum and I was told that I would get to pick my time. I want YTD but received 6:00 time. I would like to get this taken care of before we board in 12 days. You always have a choice of time IF they are available. Platinum simply moves you up the list for you preference when they are full/waitlisted. If you attempt to change your time in manage my cruise and the desired time is indeed full you should have an option to be waitlisted. Perhaps this is what has already occurred and why you are asking for assistance. I understand your quest to get this taken care of prior to boarding. The last thing any of us want to do as soon as we board is wait in a line. I simply want to clarify for new cruisers. Best of luck getting YTD, it is my favorite, and have a wonderful cruise. However, remember with Platinum you are not guaranteed what you want, only the Diamonds are guaranteed. You do get Priority, but after the Diamond guests.
