Med Weather in September...how to pack?

We are on the September 18th cruise out of Barcelona on the Epic. If you have done this cruise around this time, what is the typical weather? How should we dress?

 

Also, how are the seas around this time? Do they tend to be rough?

 

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

It will still be warm if not outright hot during the day . Bring a light windbreaker for walking on deck at night. Who knows what the sea will be like.

We sailed on the Epic last September. We had great weather the entire week. It was in the 80's the entire time. Seas weren't rough. A light jacket is all we needed at night. Have a wonderful time.

It will almost certainly be still summer weather, however pack a light jacket for the evening, especially if you are staying a couple of nights in Barcelona.

 

You may also want to throw in an umbrella - "just in case" (that is near to DD's birthday and she has occasionally had some damp parties, but nothing that lasts for too long) - and just before you leave check the weather on one of those world weather sites to really make sure that you will have good temperatures.

Remember that you will need to cover your legs and shoulders when you are in some of the churches.
