Has anyone made this? If so did you feel comfortable that it wouldn't flap open etc..? Did you dance in it?

Cute pattern. I have not made the dress. But I do sew. You might also want to post this on the sewing thread. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1665834&page=43There are lots of sewers on that thread.

 

Also you can go to http://sewing.patternreview.com/ and put the pattern # in and see is any one there made it.

A safety pin is a great companion! You don't want your nether regions being shown to the public...unless you really want that...then go for it!

I checked it out on Simplicity.com. The dress has three arm holes, so there should be enough to cover. There is also a place where you can ask a question. Maybe you can find out the bottom width of the dress, and how much is over lap?

I think I might get this pattern too. Easy to make, no zipper.
