Leaving on a cruise at the end of the week.

 

Is there a Celebrity or Solstice ship phone number that I can leave at home in case family members need to contact me in case of emergency?

How do I contact a passenger directly on Celebrity Cruises?

 

Celebrity CruisesFriends or family can reach you 24 hours a day via Celebrity’s Satellite Service. Your friends and family can contact the ship by calling (877) 266-1020. From outside the U.S., they can call (732) 335-3296.

 

The cost is $7.95 USD a minute and can be charged to American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover® or Diners Club®. From outside the U.S. additional long distance charges will also apply. Calls are limited to 10 minutes.

 

Callers must have the ship name and the person they wish to contact. When connected, enter the number for the ship you wish to reach, followed by the pound sign:

The emergency contact number is on the back of your Seapass card. It reads:

 

In case of emergency while in any worldwide port, call our emergency travel team in the U.S. collect 1 305 982 2700

 

We know this works because we had to use it on our cruise last month. The travel team contacted the ship and resolved everything in an expeditious manner (10 min.). Very satisfied.

Did you try typing "celebrity emergency contact number" into Google. The numbers are in the very first hit. Took me maybe 10 seconds to find it.

By now you should have read all the docs that were included with your sign in package. The emergency I number and other important information is there.

Updated June 2022: That number is for guests who booked Celebrity Air/Flights. Not sure I'd consider than an emergency number for family (etc) to contact you.
