I would like to reach out to someone higher in command, possibly Michael Bayley..I'm fed up with Guest Relations. All my refunds from over charging and items never delivered were refunded to my credit card. Took about 2ish weeks. Have you sent any ANY emails and created a case number or only spoken on the phone with people? Hang up the phone! My contact has been Post-Cruise Customer Service and after speaking to at least 8 different people...I still have no results. This is regarding a LOC issued by AON Ins and RCI from a cruise that I had to cancel last year that I had purchased RCI Cruise Protection. I'm trying to apply that LOC to a future reservation and RCI is saying their Acctg. Dept have made numerous errors and now need to research their errors before they will apply the LOC to my future reservation. Really sloppy service....I will take this issue to the next level.
