Silver Package Restrictions?

Sorry! The images didn't work very well. We're new to this so will try again.

You will get the same results: thumbnails that can barely be seen. CC does not want to host large image files and automatically converts any image to a thumbnail; images eat up a lot of storage space--a picture may be worth a thousand words but not on a computer.

The secret to posting an image on CC is to actually post the image on a third-party photo-sharing website like Shutterfly and then use the insert imageinsertimage.gif button above to insert the image into your post (image will display in the post and you have to do one insert for each image) or use the insert link createlink.gif button to link to the page where you have posted the image(s) (and readers can click on the link to go to your webpage to view).

Thanks Peregrina. We have followed your instructions so hopefully this link will work.https://vikingsea.shutterfly.com/pictures/8

As far as excursions are concerned, we have only had two port stops so far as this is basically a repositioning cruise. We did the included walking tour in Bergen. There were only 14 people in our group and the tour guide was excellent. We also did the included Paris on your own trip. There were 34 people on our coach and although it was a long day our tour guide was excellent again and the included panoramic tour of Paris as good. We'll let you know how our other excursions, both included and optional, go.

The only other vodka on the ship apart from those mentioned is Smirnoff. Unfortunately, Grey Goose is not included in the silver spirits drinks package as it is $9.50. However, we have found the package worthwhile as the wine selection (5 white and 5 red) is better than the normal included wines (we discussed these with the head sommelier and will post again with a list of the upgraded wines if anyone is interested). We have also eaten three times so far in the Chef's Table and there is normally a $25 per person charge to upgrade to the premium wines to accompany the meal but this is included in the silver spirits package. Most of the wines we have tried at the Chef's Table have been very good.

We will endeavour to find out the price of a Cosmoplitan today.

Vineyard View: We didn't have a code. Our travel agent got the package for us and two couples traveling with us. we talked with Carol Porter, 480-550-1235. If the name and number are not included in this response, just message me.
